The following is a CLARIFICATION REGARDING ASSESSMENTS:
Per the DOR on 4.4, an assessment shall be paid in a lump sum, rather than multiple payments. At this time, it has not yet been determined whether or not there will be an assessment nor has an actual amount been set. From Carl Criger.
