For our new residents, Coffee Talk meets the first Tuesday of each month at 9:00am in the Ballroom. It is  a program that features interesting speakers, reports from Committee Chairs about upcoming events, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and much more. November 1 starts a new season with new speakers ! Save the date November 1, 2022  at  9am.
Our first speaker will be Shannon Carnevale, who is the Natural Resources and Conservation Extension Agent for UF/IFAS Extension Polk County, Shannon’s outreach work focuses on lake ecology, co-existing with wildlife, invasive species management, and urban forestry. She serves on the UF/IFAS Invasive Species Council and on the UF/IFAS Agriculture and Natural Resources Artificial Intelligence Extension Education Team. Shannon Carnevale is a co-host for Naturally Florida, a podcast about Florida’s natural areas and the wild things that live here.
