SPECIAL NOTICE REMINDER
It has come to our attention that relatives and/or live in help have moved in with some residents.
Per the Deed of Restrictions (D.O.R.), Section 2.18, “…All persons who desire occupancy within the subdivisions must provide the Manager with a copy of a birth certificate or such other documents, which if presented to the Social Security Administration, would be acceptable to establish the age of the occupant.“
Failure to do so could result in a $50/day fine.
In addition, this also serves as a reminder of Section 2.16 in the D.O.R., concerning pets…”Only two (2) pets, each not to exceed 20 pounds in weight may be kept by an owner…”.
Failure to follow this section could result in a $50/day fine.
