SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:
The lawsuit between Sweetwater East Investment Co., dba Lake Henry Estates and Brenda Hosler, John Case and Dolores Diana has been settled.
The Judge ruled in favor of Sweetwater East Investment Co.
On September 26, 2023, the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in Polk County, Florida, ordered and adjudged that Plaintiffs’, Brenda Hosler, John Case and Dolores Diana, motion for Final Summary Judgement was denied.
A copy of the Order can be found in the Document section of the News Briefs, and hard copies will be available tomorrow in the office for anyone needing one.
