1 pound pasta of any type cooked until al dente
Two jars, spaghetti sauce (Prego)
2 cups, mozzarella cheese, shredded
One onion,
Two red bell peppers cut into
One and a half pound, boneless skinless chicken breast cut into
1 pound Italian sausages, cut into
2 tablespoons
Half a teaspoon Italian
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic, two buds
* For a NO meat recipe: add mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach
1.  Heat oven to 325°.
2.  Over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
3.  Sauté the sausage and chicken in the skillet for five minutes.
4.  Stir in the onion and bell pepper.
5.  Sauté the mixture until the meat is cooked through.
6.  Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste, then drain the excess fat from the skillet.
7.  Mixed together than meat and vegetables, pasta, and sauce.
8.  Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and top with the cheese.
9.  Bake for 30 minutes before serving.
