Talbot House donations are being collected by LYNN COWELL , at her home at 664 Waterford Drive. (Talbot House provides services for homeless men and women in Polk County). .
In addition to accepting gently used clothing, household items and small appliances, they presently are especially requesting the following items:
- soap – solid or liquid
- laundry detergent
- Men’s jeans (sizes 30-36) Men’s pants and shoes
- toothbrushes (not toothpaste),
- shower or body wash
- shampoo,
- bottled water or other drinks
- towels
- twin size bedding
- gallon-sized plastic ziplock bags
- travel size deo
- sunscreen,
- rain ponchos
They will also accept pill bottles, which are collected by the Ballroom serving counter (merely black out your personal information).
